SaaSBM Terms of Use

Effective Date: March 1, 2025

These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the SaaSBM service (“Service”), operated by Haemilcom Ltd. (“Company”), and define the rights, responsibilities, and obligations between the Company and members.

By accessing the SaaSBM platform or using its services, you agree to comply with these Terms.


 

1. Purpose

This Agreement establishes the terms and conditions under which users may access and use the research, analysis, and strategic content provided by SaaSBM, and defines the rights and responsibilities of both parties.


 

2. Definitions

  • Member: An individual who has agreed to this Agreement and completed registration to access the Service.

  • Service: Includes free articles, strategic reports, benchmarking analysis, new idea proposals, deep-dive research, business plans, custom research, custom business plans, e-books, and newsletters.

  • Membership Tiers:

    • Starter – Free access to selected articles

    • Builder – Paid access to strategic reports, idea proposals, and newsletters

    • Executive – Full access to all content and features

  • Plan-Maker : A feature that allows members to request tailored analysis or business planning based on specific needs.


 

3. Effectiveness and Modification

These Terms take effect upon publication on the SaaSBM website or other official communication channels.
The Company may modify these Terms in accordance with applicable law, with prior notice via the website or by email.
If you disagree with the updated Terms, you may discontinue your use of the Service and terminate your membership.


 

4. Membership and Account Management

Membership is established upon agreement to these Terms and approval of a registration application by the Company.
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information. The Company is not responsible for issues resulting from false or outdated data.
Accounts are non-transferable and must not be shared.
Use of multiple devices, browsers, IP addresses, or technical methods to bypass usage limits may result in service restriction.


 

5. Services Offered

The Company provides the following services:

  • Free Articles (open to all)

  • Strategic Reports

  • Benchmarking Analysis

  • New SaaS Idea Proposals

  • Deep-Dive Research

  • Plans Portfolio
  • Business Plan-Maker

  • Ready-made Business Plans & eBooks

  • Weekly Newsletters

Service availability may vary depending on your membership tier. The Company may change, expand, or suspend services as needed.


 

6. Intellectual Property and Usage Restrictions

All content provided by SaaSBM is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.
Without written permission, members may not:

  • Reproduce, modify, distribute, or share content

  • Capture or repost content on social media or external platforms

  • Commercialize or redistribute research findings to third parties

  • Share account credentials with others or enable simultaneous logins through bypassing restrictions

Violations may result in restricted access, suspension, or legal action. All liability for unauthorized use lies solely with the member.


 

7. Service Restrictions and Enforcement

The Company may restrict or suspend a member’s access without prior notice in cases including but not limited to:

  • Abnormal login behavior across devices or networks

  • Copyright infringement or unauthorized distribution

  • Account impersonation or fraudulent activity

  • Repeated abuse that disrupts service integrity

Severe or repeated violations may lead to permanent suspension, re-registration bans, and legal enforcement.
Members may appeal by providing evidence via email. The Company will review and respond accordingly.


 

8. Violation Reporting Policy

Violations such as unauthorized content use or account sharing may be reported via email (help.saasbm@gmail.com).
The Company will review all reports promptly. Whistleblower identity will be kept confidential.
False or malicious reports may result in access restrictions for the reporter.


 

9. Pricing, Payment, and Cancellation

  • Starter: Free

  • Builder & Executive: Paid plans on a prepaid subscription basis

No refunds are issued for early cancellation.
After cancellation, access continues until the end of the billing period, and no further charges will occur.


 

10. Copyright & DMCA Policy

The Service operates under the laws of the Republic of Korea.
To protect against global copyright violations, the Company adopts a copyright protection policy aligned with the U.S. DMCA.

If you believe your copyright has been violated, please send an email to help.saasbm@gmail.com including:

  • Your name and electronic signature

  • Description or link to the original work

  • URL of the infringing material

  • Contact details

  • Good-faith statement of unauthorized use

  • Declaration of accuracy under penalty of perjury

The Company may remove or restrict infringing content and notify the affected member.
A counter-notice process is available if the content was removed in error.

12. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
