5. Content Removal & Counter Notification
SaaSBM will review all valid copyright notices and may remove or restrict access to infringing content.
If content is removed based on a claim, the affected user will be notified via email and provided instructions for submitting a counter-notification.
To file a counter-notice, include:
Your full name or electronic signature
Identification of the removed content and its prior location
A good-faith statement that the removal was a mistake or misidentification
Your full contact details (name, address, phone number)
A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of a competent court and accepting service of process from the complainant
If the original complainant does not file legal action within 10 business days, we may restore access to the content.
6. Important Notice
Submitting a false or misleading copyright claim or counter-notice may result in legal liability.
